The purpose of "Caesar" the "CustomSupportResponses" application, is to enable users to createcustomizedstandard answers to commonly asked questions. The typicaluserperforms customer or technical support for a large audiencewhoasks similar questions - and receive similar answers.CaeSaRfacilitates this communication by pulling standardizedstatementsfrom a database into a custom, yet standard answer. Thekey tousing Caesar is to have a good database of "answers" arrangedin alogical fashion so that finding and selecting those answers inanorder that makes sense is easy and efficient. The finished textisautomatically copied to the clipboard and ready to paste intoyourresponse. Free users can create or import a single topicwhichpersists until Caesar closes (usually with a back key) onyourdevice. Once Free Caesar ends, the database will be required tobecreated or imported again. Premium Caesar users can createorimport multiple custom answer databases (called "Topics")thatremain available for the life of the installation. Thescreenshotsdisplayed show a work flow from topic selection,throughcustomization to final answer which is automatically copiedintothe clipboard and ready to paste as a customized supportanswer.Permissions notes: Access to external storage is for savingTopicfiles.
